When the mirror arrived, I was totally impressed with the way
it was packed. I have gotten other things by mail and they
were trashed, but this packing was super! The mirror was
remarkably like the picture and I was relieved to see that it
had a number of hanging fixtures both for rectangle and vertical.
I am very happy with the product and would recommend this site
to everyone.

The lamp is absolutely classy. The shade is very nice. I was unsure if this lamp would work. The base is bigger than I thought it would be but it is very nice. The colors are perfect.

Haven't hung it up yet but the chandelier is just gorgeous - heavy, not flimsy, beautiful big glass balls, well-packed, plenty of lead wire if you have a super high ceiling. Looks much better in person than as a picture on the internet. Can't wait to see it glow.

Excellent lamps except that I received the finial with a chip in it and was disappointed. It was not the packing as it was done great. I feel that it was packed damaged. Would recommend but they are pricey

This island pendant is the vocal point because it is unique. It lights up the area perfectly. It even emits a starry light pattern on the ceiling above it. The picture on-line does not do it justice.

Although one screw hole did not line up exactly which slowed down an otherwise-easy assembly, the etagere is actually more solid and more handsome than I'd expected it to be. It holds its own in a room with some good 18th century furniture.

Sorry, I was expecting a nice wood frame. This is Wrought Iron with a little brushed silver. What looks like Beaded Molding in the picture is two twisted wires.

We love this pendant over our dining table in our new home. Although, heads up: There are two "seams" on either side of the pendant where the cork comes together. This is not shown in the photo so it's a bit of a bummer when you see one seam as it hangs above your table, but not a deal killer

We have had so many compliments on this lamp (s) - we bought two. The black base compliments the rough stone-look of the stand. And the top is so cool - looks like a twig. Goes perfectly with our leather furniture. Give a very "homey, warm" feel to the great room.

...be aware that there is an Egyptian motiff etched on the lamp base. (This was not in the lamp description and not noticeable in the picture.) You cannot see it from far away but it will be noticeable from a close range. The etchings towards the top and bottom have a light background which can easily be made to blend better with the lamp with a bit of a dark paint glaze or dark wax. Took me a little while to get it to my liking, but it was worth it. Overall, a very different and stylish lamp!

I love Uttermonst Lamps and this is an incredible example - it's a beautiful lamp and a wonderful way to add some colors to a room. Colors are as pictured, the black shade adds drama, and it turns the small room in which we placed it into something elegant.

Overall, the purchase was somewhat worth it. The product was shipped with a number of scratches on the body of the chandelier. I decided to use a touch-up pen rather than wait another another huge amount of time for shipping and dealing with customer service reps.

I love the quality however it is described as silver leaf and it is gold there is no silver to be found...I had already ordered my plumbing for my baths and now they don't match...I am having the silver leafing added....

The glass on this fixture is so dark that no light can get through. If you only want it for looks, it's fine, the glass is pretty. If you need it to illuminate your room, choose another light.

Lovely mirror. The only improvement I would add is to enlarge the triangle loops on the back of the mirror, provided for hanging. It is almost impossible to hang the mirror over the wall anchors needed to support this mirror.
It is a beautiful mirror and a show piece in my bath.

I shopped far and wide for a light fixture that I liked. This one is special because of the amber glass. It gives such a lovely warm glow to my bathroom; something I didn't expect. Use clear bulbs for sure, otherwise you cant appreciate the beauty of the glass as well. I was worried at first about my light bulb selection because it was one of those new "true spectrum" lights. They are awful harsh, like florescent bulbs, but it was an excellent choice because the warm amber glass softens them beautifully. Regular light bulbs probably wouldn't have done justice to the amber glass.

I purchased 3 fixtures for our kitchen remodel, 2 Kichlers and this Uttermost. All three are manufactured in china, however while the quality of the Kichlers was excellent, this Uttermost is extremely poor. The metal finish flakes off, the three shades are three different colors, and there is a white powder-like discoloration inside the shades which will not come off. The glass of one shade was even deformed. I will be returning this fixture and replacing it with another Kichler. P.S., I am an electrician and have installed many fixtures; this one is the uttermost in poor quality control.

Looks good, wide enough to make a statement, but thin enough so it doesn't take much room on the table. Sort of rustic looking, good with beach, natural settings, shade is just a little off white which looks good with the brown weave.

Although I like the look of the table it was not made well and did not go together easily. Holes did not match up, screws were striped, bolts missing, paint scratched up in places and the rubber pads to hold glass didn't fit the drilled holes. Somehow we managed to put together but had to touch up paint. Was very disappointed in quality in assembly.

The online description said "lightly distressed" but the frame is solid black with just some long, straight scratches that make it look like it wasn't painted properly. It should have been more authentically distressed or left solid black. I may have to repaint it.

Uttermost styling is excellent but I have now purchased 3 of this ocmpany's lamps and have not been satisfied with the quality. Matching lamps do not match. Finials break and do not stay in place. Glazing on one lamp did not cover the entire lamp nor does the color on another lamp. One shade was spotted.

This specific metal/globe color combination was indeed a perfect match for our powder room. We also bought the semi flush mount which complements the lighting bar. They are both beautiful and we are extremely pleased with the results.
The instructions were clear for installing the vanity lighting bar, but they were difficult to follow for the semi flush mount so we had to 'jury rig' it to install it.

I bought two of these lamps to go in my bedroom. The shades are a little darker than the picture, but they still work. When they arrived, a little piece at the bottom of the lamps was craked. I guess it was due to shipping. I didn't want to bother with calling customer service though. A little glue and they look just fine.

When I was looking for pendant lights for my kitchen island I found a lot of hi tech lights that were great, but not the look I was going for. Pendants are like jewelery - if you choose the right ones it can make the room look like a "million bucks." The Kane Mini Penants look like they were custom made for my kitchen.

When I opened the box, it wasn't exactly what I had pictured, but I've gotten plenty of compliments. This mirror goes very well with a traditional or antique style vanity in a bathroom with an antique pewter faucet. Very easy to clean.

I like the look of this lamp very much, the problem is the very poor quality of construction. When it was assembled, (which involves screwing the pieces together) the poles do not align, and the lamp stands crooked and there seems to be no way of adjusting it. If my husband can't get it to align, I am going to return it.

The mirror is well made and looks very nice hanging above our small demilune console table. It comes with everything needed to hang the mirror. It was well packed and shipment was very fast. The only issue was that the one hanging brackets had to be relocated to match the distance down for the one on the other side. This relocation allowed the mirror to now hang level.

This lamp looks really great in our tropically decorated room! It's made well and we love the look of the pineapple base. However, this lamp does not put out much light due to the material of the shade. So if you need bright lighting then this shade/lamp is not for you.

The base looks out of proportion to the size of the shade. The shade was off white in the pic, but arrived in a brown color. The material of the shade also looks like plastic rather than fabric. The lamp looks much cheaper than what I paid. Wouldn't do it again.

This mirror is VERY bronzed; the product photo does not show just how bronze it is. It's almost all burnished gold looking. I ordered 2 but I'm keeping just because they are huge and would be a pain to repackage and send back. I'm going to re-paint them to better match my decor. BUT--if the store was nearby, I would be returning these. The mirrors are GREAT QUALITY; the color is NOT.

Got two of these for over my bar in the kitchen. They are very flexible and, as I had hoped, the light shines between the holes and makes for a pretty accent. They hang off flexible cable, very long so it has great length variability.

They were a bit larger than I expected ... but it turns out that is good in my case.

They came with a light diffuser on the bottom and lots of washers. The diffuser is great because i hung them much higher than I thought I was going to. Also, since they take standard bulbs I put the long lifes in them... making them maintenance free.

The color is rich.. just as I'd hoped

I thought it was beautiful and well made, however, I wish it was adjustable so I could tip it to match my height when sitting at make-up table. If you could either adjust legs so it could tip in more upright or adjust the mirror where it is attached to metal frame would work better. Also if the legs could be tighten so that you could position it at smaller depths from the wall would be nice. Bottom line though is I LOVE THIS MIRROR-ITS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! Also It fits my "old world" thyme in my new bath. Thank you. Lu Ann

Quality at an affordable price, this wall piece looks great in my home. With several places to choose from to hang it I had difficulty deciding where. This lamp added an unexectedly huge amount of ambiance to the living room in a low key manner, adds another layer of texture, and the high quality shade throws off very nice soft light. The only disappointment was seeing the label 'made in china'. With the free shipping, it seems like an overall decent value, as this is not a light weight lamp.
